Exactly what I needed during my short visit

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was a great location. The room was big enough for us, the only downfall was that the heat was still on in the building and we found it quite warm. If we ever get the chance to return to Madrid, we would definitely stay here again!

Everything was good

Good hotel in a great location with helpful staff. We found the breakfast to be good and varied and didn’t notice any noise at all as some have mentioned. We had a good size room and although some of the fixtures were a little dated it wasn’t noticeably so. Comfortable beds but they had plastic mattress protectors on which made us very hot. Excellent WiFi. There is a lounge room where staff can bring you drinks but no bar specifically. Wish I’d known about the drinks sooner but there’s no shortage of decent bars and restaurants nearby. All in all a good hotel.

Cada vez que voy a Madrid me hospedo alli, el personal es super atento y la ubicacion del hotel es fantastica. La habitacion es un poco pequeña pero aceptable para mi necesidad. Con heladera y pava termica. Lo unico malo es que el WIFI no es muy bueno

Very clean and neat hotel with excellent bathrooms. The location is nigh on perfect as you're barely a minutes walk from the Calle de Gran Via where you will find many restaurants, shops, and cafes. To be nit-picky, the rooms can be quite small. In addition, the glazing on the windows isn't great, meaning you can hear outside noise quite loudly and clearly. However, as it's not directly on the main road, this is not usually an issue. I'd probably stay here again.

This hotel, although situated in a side street, is very central and close attractions, restaurants and other shops such as Primark, Zara, etc. Breakfast is very good with a reasonable choice. Cleanliness is also on their agenda. Bed was very comfortable too and the room had a walk-in shower which means it was not small. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Madrid.
