Clean and spacey flat on very good location close to the train station. Nice roof terrace (even it was cold weather this time). Good Wi-Fi.

Even the bathroom was perfectly clean the sewer smell pushed into the room - we did not find how. Annoying, but open window fixed that... :)

excellent location, Very fair price, Clean and lovely apartment with full access to the roof where you would have a fantastic and breathtaking view. I could spent a whole day enjoying on the roof. Friendly and very helpful owner. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very nice spetment building and the location is very convenient if you are traveller. 5 mins to the old city / city center and trains. There were also a plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Close to all beaches if you like the sea ! Checking and checkout was very smooth and the manager was super friendly and responsive! 10/10 would choose again! Grazie !

MAJORANA PALACE is a fantastic apartment for a stay in Catania. The apartment is extremely clean and well supplied with a great shower and air conditioning. The smaller bedroom of the three does not have permanent air con, but is supplied with an effective fan and the person sleeping in there was perfectly happy through the weekend. The lift is great, small by UK / American standards but quick and effective. The roof terrace is exceptional, magnificent views, lounge furniture, two sun loungers, and dining furniture as well as an umbrella. Very enjoyable to read the papers and have breakfast! Nearby there are bakeries, little supermarkets, and shops where you can get most of your essentials. Some of the key sites were 15 minutes walk away, and we found several places between the apartment and the fish market which were perfect for lunch and dinner. I recommend walking along Via Vittorio Emanuele II, at one end is an edicola - newsagent, and walking along you'll find bakeries, grocers and an enoteca (specialist wine bar where you buy wine buy the glass, but can then buy bottles of what you like) called 'Wine and Charme' which sells beautifil handmade high quality souvenirs and products as well as wine. Our host was amazing, and very helpful throughout our stay.

There is a fridge and dining room, however only two induction hobs which limited what we could cook, for a group of 4, but we managed, by carefully thinking about what our dinner plans were. .

The host is extraordinary friendly, caring and understanding. He was waiting for us when we arrived and also allowed us to check out little later. The flat is very nice. All our members felt comfortable and had a good sleep. All attractions are easy to reach, the city is easy to discover and the proximity to the central bus and train station allows an easy arrival and departure by public transport. I would also say, that the house this flat belongs to has the most beautiful facade of all in that area.

Some may miss an oven but as you have lots of nice places around where you can have food or snacks, the hotplates and microwave were sufficient.

very clean, well located, elegant and an amazing view

We are family of 5 with 3 teens. We found the apartment perfect for us! It is on the 4th floor with elevator, has 3 bedrooms, kitchen well equipment and a small couch. It has a roof with great view to the Etna mountain and see view where we loved drinking our coffee in the mornings. The flat is in a great location, 10 minutes walk from the Dumo, Via Etna and fish market, 5 minutes walk from the central train and bus stations. Just beneath the apartment you can find a great coffee shop and many restaurants.
