Sweet Home Positano

Property is well maintained with complete amenities.

We asked before booking whether there was parking spot, the host said yes there is a private parking with a fee for overnight parking. On the day of checking in, the host said there was no space for parking in the private parling, and the available roadside parking was far (1.5km ish from the property up the hill).

Beautiful view from living room window. Lovely neighbourhood. Bus pick up and drop off was very convenient.

Too many steps to go down with walking! Too far from the city Center,Minibus was crowded always! When we booked we paid€96.55 (10%VAT plus €45 cleaning fee! The owner ask us to Pay €24 For City Tax!!! We do book a lot through booking.com…if the city tax has to be paid must be written:”the property owner may ask to pay City Tax” No where was this written so why has to pay extra €24 for four days?she also added one extra child…we were just two of us? If was €2 per person means€ 4 a day total should be €16 !!! This was not right at all…€96.56 was not enough!???

Excellent and 3 really good restaurants close by incl great little shop. Great start point to walk Path of the Gods. Host was exceptional in her assistance

I thought is would be closer to Positano, but in hindsight , Positano is too busy and a Scooter is a MUST if you want to experience the Coast

Staff were extremely helpful and helped us organise everything.

It is very far from town and requires a bus to get into town however the bus is often full. If you like a quiet, secluded area - go for it however be mindful that there are A LOT of stairs to get here, I wouldn’t recommend if you have a lot of luggage. There was also slight miscommunication with the fridge items - these come at a cost!

It was very cute, super helpful with all my questions I had. Even sent a video of how to get to the place . Thoughtful little gifts were there for us

Everything was wonderful, the only thing o would say, the bed was a bit too hard

Montepertuso is such a lovely town, and Mariateresa was really helpful! She provides her guests with all the information they could possibly need. She was also always available to answer any and all questions we had, after arrival and during our stay. You're technically not in the touristic part of Positano, but youre a short bus ride away (about 15minutes), or a pretty lengthy walk down many steps to reach that point. Overall, we were not disappointed. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful location on the very top in positano . Home was very clean and cozy. The bus is available every hour to take you down into town. Il ritrivo restaurant was right at the bus stop next to the house and food was fabulous. There is a supermarket next to it for all your needs. We had an issue with our taxi canceling on us as we were leaving and sent a message to Maria Teresa, she solved our problem very quickly and reserved us a taxi . She was very helpful and kind . We will definitely come back to stay next time in positano
