"Odpoczynek, zwiedzanie"

Ładny, ciepły hotel. Przemiła obsługa, Blisko do atrakcji w Ciechocinku, Smaczne sniadania.

Niestety to już po raz kolejny, obsługa rezerwacji przez booking mocno mnie rozczarowała. Lecz tym razem to już nie było śmiesznie, ale przerażające. Zarezerwowałam i opłaciłam 2 pokoje dla 4 dorosłych osób. Tymczasem po przyjezdzie okazało sie, ze miałam zarezerwowany tylko 1 pokój ,a hotel pełny. Tylko dzięki zaangażowaniu personelu hotelu, który dwoił sie i troił ,aby rozwiązać nie mój w końcu problem, otrzymaliśmy drugi pokój. Pokój owszem ładny ,ale z wejściem od tarasu, z dworu a nie z korytarza w hotelu. Zastanawiam sie kiedy Booking raczy mnie przeprosić za zaistniała sytuacje. Za stres, którego musiałam doświadczyć przez niechlujstwo Bookingu. Na pewno od jakiegoś czasu wyczuwa sie bylejakość w rezerwacjach przez stronę bookingu.

"dobry hotel dobra lokalizacja, miła obsługa"

Ogólnie pobyt ok. Hotel 4* ale nie ma windy. Bilard, szachy gratis - OK!

Śniadanie - mało profesjonalne przygotowanie zespołu obsługującego. Ciasto się skończyło około 10:00 i już doniesiono tylko rogaliki... coś nie tak... Chleb ciemny się skończył, trzeba było się upomnieć... Recepcja ratuje wszystkie niedogodności i super... OGÓLNIE 4+
