"You can hardly understand when the front desk is speaking"

As soon as you walk in it gives you a funky smell. From the entrance to the hallway it smells more funky. When I entered my room it smelled not pleasant. Restroom was dirty there were hair and dirt on restroom floor and on shower trim there was dust accumulated. There was also used towels hanging on the shower bar. The refrigerator smelled disgusting with grime on all crevices. There were beg bugs informed front desk the only thing they did was change the sheets and i was like WTF!!
