Hampton Inn Hanover

The room was amazing! I am a wheelchair user so an accessible room is a must. Having four kids with us, the extra space made a world of difference. While the fridge never got cold enough (our awesome ice blocks maintained food for two nights but, were out of power by the next morning) and the king bed was hard as a rock (we were told they're about to replace the beds anyway), just about everything else was amazing. The staff was delightful, the room was clean, breakfast even had a few healthy options and decent coffee. We were unable to use the pool lift that we messaged the hotel about prior to our stay due to a miscommunication between maintenence and the front desk staff about the battery in the lift. Thankfully, I have partial mobility in one leg and was able to lower myself to the floor and scoot to manage. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

Everything was great. Bed was a bit hard but slept well.

Nice place

This property is very close to eating, shopping and quiet. Everything was very clean, neat and friendly staff. I will be going there again.

I have never been to a hotel that had walls as thin as this. You could clearly hear the people in the rooms next to you and even hear what they were watching on their tv.

Good bed(s) in room 214, everything is clean. For USA fairly extensive breakfast.

Showering in a slippery tub with a shower curtain I'll never get used to, but that's typical USA. Not a cheap hotel.

Wonderful lots of options.

The staff were all friendly and approachable. The breakfast was decent and the coffee was good. The room was comfortable and clean. I used the hot tub and the exercise room and both were adequate. The extra pillow and blanket provided in the closet were both used and great to have.

The super soft pillows are uncomfortable to me. I would prefer that the hotel invest in smart TV's so we can watch what we like. There was some noise at night up after 10 pm with children running around.
