"Mixed bag. Staff not what you would expect in property advertised as 4 star"

Decent room with corporate decoration. Fridge in room with complimentary water a nice touch. Decent breakfast where staff were efficient but dour. Bar area was nice and reasonably priced. Good location for access to Donastia and sea front etc.

Arrived after check in time but room wasn't ready. Went back as asked and told our room wasn't ready and asked to check in again! No recognition from the reception staff we had done all this half an hour earlier. When we challenged the delay we were told we could have a room on a different floor and it was ready. No recognition of the delay or apology. We were given the impression even our request to store our luggage while we waited was inconvenient. The offer of a complimentary drink or coffee in the bar while we waited for a room would have gone a long way to make up for the inconvenience and disinterested concierge.

Ligging, hele mooie en fijne moderne kamers en zeer schoon en heerlijke bedden, koffie, thee, tv. Bus voor de deur, dichtbij strand en centrum en straat om de hoek met goede en gezellige eetgelegenheden.

Parkeren rondom locatie in het weekend was veel rondrijden
