USUSThe staff was vey courteous. The hotel is older but was clean and comfortable. The beds were VERY comfortable. Hot tub and pool clean and nice. Great breakfast as well, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, fresh made waffles and more! Would definitely stay again.

I didn’t like that there isn’t many shopping centers around
USHad family visiting from Ohio. I live in Sweetwater. Weather was terrible, hot and raining, wanted to enjoy a pool to relax and stay with family members. Sweetwater location would not let me get a room because I live within 50 miles of there location.
USThe location ended up being too far for me to drive from my work so I asked for them to cancel my following nights. They told me that because I went through booking.com the booking.com would have to do this. Booking.com told me that the facility has to do this. So that was kind of a dilemma. Well on the morning of that first night stay, what do I find crawling on the bed next to mine, a full ass grown bed bug. Of course I had checked the beds before I went to sleep. I did not sleep on the bed with a bed bug. But that was very upsetting and I had my bag on that bed all night. I went to the main desk and ended up speaking to the owner, she canceled my following nights and gave me $18 off of my overall stay for that first night. Should have gotten a full refund, but it's whatever. I just wanted to get out of there. Would not recommend
