The pool wasn't open unfortunately. They close in September not October so that would need to be changed so people don't get confused like we did

No night stands by the bed and didn't bring any in, wallpaper coming off the wall, carpet was dirty, needed vacuuming, stopper in sink broken, shower kept dripping

The pool was green , Sign that said closed. The area that eld the lights between the headboards was broken and fell several times during our stay . Room 504. it was unacceptable and I am very upset that Expedia endorses this hotel

N/A had to depart before breakfast for Hospital appointment so not able to participate in breakfast

First room we were offered was on first floor (handicapped room). Bathroom floor drain, tub drain and sink drain were filled with drain flies/sewer flies. Check-in Clerk found us another room which was comfortable for the one night. This was supposed to be recently remodeled remodeled. Very old door knobs. Looked like fresh paint but didn't fill holes or cracks in the walls, caulking was cracked around sink and tub. First Room had a small desk with huge table lamp that they had to put the TV in front of leaving only 2 inches of desk space instead of hanging the TV from the wall as they did in the other room ???
