"Pesimo el personal de recepcion"

Solo el desayuno estaba normal..

El personal en reception pesimo pague 2 dias anuncie mi llegada a la madrugada del sabado y resulta q el personal o se quedo dormido o no se luego de que maneje 10 horas hasta alli queria era dormir resulta q el de recepcion nunca aparecio para el check in si no hasta 2 horas despues de mi llegada.. tanto asi q tube q dormir en el sofa en la entrada porque nunca aprecio hasta que llego la señora de los desayunos y lo llamo fue que aparecio posiblemente estaba durmiendo en alguna habitacion.. muy mal rato paso no obstante a eso pedi algun tipo de compensacion o rebaja del total nada me cobraron igual por un dia q fue en vano porque llegue cansado y aun asi no entre a mi habitacion.. nisiquiera una disculpas pfrecieron a lo contrario el de la recepcion se molesto porque le reclame sobre la espera.. pesimo super pesimo el servicio del personal

The bed was height and the bed was comfy

The room was very outdated, seemed to have had random furniture tossed in for storage. The bathroom was very tiny and not much hide away storage space for your belongings.
