The location

The concrete floor was damp. The bathroom door was falling apart. The room was damp do to airflow around the entry door. Was woke up at 3:00 AM do to loud noises do to people in the parking lot. The ice machine was not working.

Great location, and all staff were amazing! Super friendly and helpful!

The bed wasn’t the comfiest and the ‘complementary’ breakfast I ended up being charged again for and was limited in options.

Staff very nice. Breakfast was served and waitress was very good. Coffee and tea in lobby but water was luke warm. Front desk offered to get hot water The pool looked nice but it was too cold to use and then the pool was being drained.

The rooms are very tired. Looked clean but the linens actually had old burn holes and a tear. The bed itself wasn't bad. The armchair in the room had a saggy seat and the cloth on the arm was torn in 2 places. Our car broke down and we were towed there. It was a smaller town/city and the front desk didn't have much in the way of information or resources for cabs or Uber
