Rooms and bathrooms were clean. No big surprises. Breakfast is included, but it's not a buffet - you get eggs, toast or biscuit, grits, and coffee. Front desk was polite when we arrived.

The whole place feels worn. There have obviously been efforts made to modernize, but many of them look like a house flipper did the renovations.
