Very nice place to stay. It is always a safe bet to stay at one of the Hampton Inns. The breakfast was the best part. Peggy was great; very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the area clean.

Everything was clean. Nice outdoor pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Peggy at the breakfast area was so kind and helpful. She made us feel right a home. She had everything very clean and the food was very good. I definitely would return if traveling through Hot Springs again. Thank you, Peggy!

"Great stay during holiday weekend"

Visited Memorial weekend and was very pleased with the room and the friendly staff that made a very pleasant trip. Peggy at the breakfast was very helpful and happy to serve us asking if we needed anything. Housekeeping was great and very helpful and friendly as well

"Great Stay"

Enjoyed my stay at this property. Staff was great, Eunice and Mariam at front desk. Breakfast staff great too. Very personable and caring. Hotel was very clean and room was as expected., minus one thing. Property is older but well kept. The ac unit in my room never cycled off. Seems there was no option to have it on auto. Otherwise great room. Might be an issue as I did see/overhear what looked like some new AC units going in. May be that they all need to be replaced. Hotel is in a nice quiet area that is accessible to most of Hot Springs. When in the area I will definitely use this property again.
