Ease of check in and check out

Exterior lighting- most were out. Dud nit make feel safe coming in the late and early hours of the day. Parking lot needs attention.

Loved that the inside of the establishment is very aesthetically pleasing!! Rooms on 1st floor sit up high from the ground, I loved that!

The parking availability was horrid!! The pool was closed for renovations therefore, I feel we should’ve been discounted, but of course we were not.

La ubicación del hotel es bastante buena. esta en un barrio bueno donde hay seguridad y tranquilidad. esta cerca a centros comerciales y vías de acceso, es bien central para los lugares que uno necesite.

el manejo del hotel es bien precario, toca llamar todas las mañanas para que te arreglen el cuarto por que intentan reducir costos en arreglarte el cuarto todos los días, es un hotel como de paso o de muy largas estadías por que el manejo era muy extraño. nos toco comprar nuestro propio jabón por que no ponían nuevo o no llenaban los tarros. el desayuno es muy mediocre. en general es un hotel que tiene una buena locación pero realmente parece mas un motel que hotel, y no se si Marriott sepa de este manejo por que no se asemeja a otros hoteles que ellos tienen.
