Very poor

The Breakfast was very bad not much choice everything was cold. They charged 15 dollars per person and even for my daughter who is 12 years old. Very disappointed with their Breakfast.

The property is near the highway but far enough to not be disturbed. It’s a very quiet area but you can see the city. I would 100% would stay here again.

Sheraton Hotels and Resorts has become a thing of the past. The attention to detail is long gone, and the staff openly chat among themselves as if it’s normal. Their attitude was terrible — one employee even started making a personal phone call right in front of guests. There was chewing gum stuck in the elevator carpet, stains on the bathroom wallpaper, and rust on the ceiling. The bed and towels were clean, but that should be the bare minimum. I probably won’t be coming back. Farewell to your former glory.

It was clean and the sheets were nice.

I wanted at the front desk for 30 mins to check in no one was there. I called from my cell phone no one answered I had to get the bartender to get a hold of front desk clerk Vicky then when he finally appeared a women walked straight in and he helped her first. Breakfast was supposed to be included my whole reason for staying and it was not. He refused to apologize and then charged me 50$ for a damage hold. I was not told about that. Im not sure it was ever refunded. I was treated like I was not able to afford it unless I got a deal.

Staff was nice, room was clean

Older hotel, I'm sure at one point it was a very nice place. We stayed one night and left even though it cost me money I was not staying another night. Pictures made it seem much nicer than it was. Breakfast should be included. I was very disappointed. Free parking
