The morning front desk agent was very rude she didn’t show concern to my problems an when I checked in the 1st room was not clean and the 2nd room was partially cleaned an I brought the issue to the front desk she told me to tell booking an I told her I was

The tv channels half didn’t work an most didn’t even show and staff just stare at you it take 5-10 minutes just to help you it to just purchase from the snack bar
