Friendly staff big rooms

A bit old but not k for stop over

Staff were friendly and helpful. Asked for a quiet room and we got a quiet room. Bed linens were clean. Hot water in shower worked fine. Plenty of parking. Many lunch places near the hotel and a nearby food court is open in the evening (across the big road).

The pictures do NOT match the condition of this hotel. Do not believe the pictures! It is old and run down which explains why it is so inexpensive. The door into the room was warped and kicked in on the bottom (see picture) The door to the balcony not longer fit its frame properly- there were huge gaps which we stuffed with plastic bags to keep out the hot air ( see two pictures) The air conditioner was old and no longer had some of its parts (see picture). The buttons on the remote for the aircon were worn off so we could not tell which button changes temperature, or speed of the fan. The ceiling has mold from where water has leaked in (see picture) Dirty hallways. Summary: You get what you pay for, a basic run down room in the city with hot water that works. This is the kind of place working class locals stay when they need an inexpensive room; safe, but not in great condition. I know bookingcom says their reviews are from real people who stayed in the hotel, but find it hard to believe any guest who booked through an online platform would rate this hotel 10. Something just seems off there.

No running hot shower for the three days I stayed and have notified the staff every day and nothing was done, and a loud thumping noise all day and night, the reason I booked this facility is it’s location.

The lady behind the reception desk was super friendly, cheerful, and helpful.

Above the shower there was a black cake of mould. In the room the wallpaper was old; where it had come down before it wasn't even re-done, they just painted the wall white instead. The entire room smelled of fungus, it was super stuffy and unhealthy. And it wasn't possible to open the window and get some fresh air in, because then the aircon unit would blow hot air back into the room. We asked for another room, but were told all rooms were stuffy like that. We did not stay.
