Zero issues as per the usual

Abbiamo prolongato una notte e la manager ci ha dato i nuovi badge per la camera e ci ha confermato che non dobbiamo cambiare la camera; quando siamo tornati la sera, nella camera non ci sono più le nostre cose: zaino, borsa, computer, iPad, ect. Abbiamo chiesto a reception, l’impiegata di turno ha telefonato alla manager ma nessuno sapeva nulla. Dopo varie ricerche telefonate, ci hanno consegnato una busta trasparente da spazzatura con una parte delle nostre cose entro: zaino, busta vestiti puliti mischiati con quelli sporchi. Abbiamo contestato la mancanza di iPad e roba da bagno, dopo lungo tempo, ci hanno dato anche la parte mancante. Per questo episodio sgradevole non abbiamo ricevuto scusa né dalla manager né dalla struttura

Friendly staff kids had a great time at the pool

Chef Prashant cooked excellent food at the Radisson and the hotel room we got was modern and air conditioned! Very nice!

Quarto amplo, limpo, café da manhã muito gostoso, pagamos US$18, achei que valeu muito a pena. Estacionamento gratuito.

Met several shifts of desk workers during my stay and all of them were professional, well spoken, courteous, and went above and beyond. When a cell phone had been left behind by another customer who checked in at the same time/nearly same time as me, they called my room to check if it was mine rather than wait for me (or someone else) to panic that it was gone.

I think that some of the signage could have been a bit more clear to navigate the hotel in general. We never had to backtrack but it was a little "oh I hope we are going the right way..." a few times.
