Radisson Hotel Sunnyvale - Silicon Valley

Hotel was decent (clean, updated, loud A/C though). bar/lounge area was wonderful, Dave is the best.

Very clean hotel, the room was spacious, the pool was perfect temperature, and the service at the restaurant was great! David was very attentive, welcoming and great to chat with.

READ IT ALL PLEASE! Clean and great atmosphere. Staff was great as well. The kids had a blast in the pool and overall very enjoyable experience. We brought 12 families with us for a baseball tournament so we brought a lot of income to the hotel. It’s sad that the final memory was breakfast…and Raddison should feel like absolute crooks charging me $43 for my 12 year old son and I to eat breakfast. Or what was called breakfast. We felt horrible within 30 minutes which was right about the time the boys started warming up for their morning game, so that sucked. I still can’t believe I agreed to pay that but we were in a hurry. We ate the equivalent of $6 worth of food. One boy got embarrassed after being called out by the staff for grabbing a muffin (his parents were checking out and the boy didn’t realize there was a cost, a high cost for breakfast) Just overall a real crappy way to end the stay for our team. We have 3 more tournaments at Twin Creeks from April-June and I’m not sure I will be organizing us to stay here again. Sorry to write such a blunt review but I just feel violated, and watched a boy get embarrassed by staff…again overall terrible way to end the stay. So who knows if our 12 families will be back.

Not many staff, reception personnel, a morning breakfast area and evening area with a bar. Never tried the bar or breakfast but once used the AI Robot for room service from the 24 hr mini-mini store. Very much appreciated the room design to assure absolute sanitization of the room. Spotless!! Loved the gym, pool, and laundry room - and didn’t really pay attention closing hours as I love a relaxing dip in the late evening😎 The Staff I did see were absolutely courteous and helpful. I hope I get the opportunity to stay again - 11 peaceful days!!

The Radisson in Sunnyvale is the perfect location if you ever want to attend any events at Levi's Stadium. The atmosphere within the hotel and the friendly staff makes it all worthwhile. They are always so professional and helpful. The rooms are good size and always clean and you always get a great value for the rooms. The location is clean and very well maintained. Radisson Sunnyvale is one of the better hotels!
