We had a really lovely stay at this hotel and honestly, it got off to a great start the moment we arrived. The service is incredibly warm and thoughtful — we were welcomed with a handwritten card (yes, actual pen and paper, not copy-paste!) and a beautiful fruit platter. Small touch, big impact 🍍✨ The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The sea view? Absolutely stunning. It’s the kind of view that makes you pause mid-conversation just to stare out the window for a bit. We did run into a slight hiccup with the air-conditioning, but credit where it’s due — the technicians responded immediately and worked through a few rounds to get it fixed. What really impressed us was that the hotel still insisted on upgrading us to an Osaka room afterward. Definitely above and beyond 👍 Food was another pleasant surprise. Both the breakfast and afternoon tea had a good variety and were genuinely enjoyable (not the usual “just eat because it’s included” situation). The poolside bar and rooftop Japanese restaurant are also great value for money — good vibes without hurting the wallet too much 🍣🍹 Location-wise, it’s very convenient, just about a 5-minute walk to nearby spots. One small tip though: maybe skip the seafood restaurants along the beach unless you’re feeling generous… with your money 😅 Overall, a fantastic stay with great service, comfort, and thoughtful touches. Would happily come back again!
