Hilton Parc 55 San Francisco Union Square

I am very impressed at this hotel. All staff are very friendly and accommodating, especially Melonna. She’s always making sure we are taken care of during breakfast. It’s also very lovely to see her smile first thing in the morning. She’s one of the best and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. I would stay again when I am in the area.

Our experience at Parc 55 was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly. Melonna, at the breakfast restaurant, was particularly attentive and welcoming. The hotel’s central location makes it easy to walk to Chinatown and other attractions.

This hotel was amazing! We were there Sunday to Friday and because of my Diamond member status, we were upgraded to a bayview suite. The suite was gorgeous with a 1/2 bath in addition to the full bath which came in handy for our family of three. It even had an outdoor balcony which had an amazing view of the city, we would just stand out there and take in the view. The entire staff was so friendly and the complimentary bottled water (no limit) came in handy with all the walking we did. The trolley is close to the hotel and Uber/Lyft's are also easy to order. Yes, there are homeless people in the area of the hotel but there are everywhere in the city so nothing shocking and we never felt unsafe. The hotel buffet breakfast is also very good and I took mine to go most mornings as I would keep eating once back in the room (they do require you to dine-in but you can take what you don't eat in a to-go box in a bag which was nice). We also went across to their sister property at the Hilton which was just across the street and spent time in the pool and whirlpool which was also very relaxing. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, special shout out to Ivan (so quick delivering items to our room), Carlos (server at breakfast) and everyone at the front desk. There's a blonde woman (I apologize I forgot her name) that I kidded with that she was always there as we walked by every day. Every day when we got back to the room after all of our adventures we did (sightseeing bus, Muir Woods, Alcatraz, North Beach, so many things), it was nice to get back and just relax at the hotel.

Had great service from Ryan W at the front desk. He was very informative and knowledgeable just overall helpful. When arriving to the room one thing that could have been cleaned better was the restroom in the room. Other then that it was a good experience.

Carlton was very polite very nice and very helpful.

Nice hotel clean & Tidy and friendly staff.Mavis was lovely and friendly and gave us directions on how to get to Union Sq for the hop on hop off bus.Shes a real credit to the hotel very helpful indeed.

Everyone was so nice and if you are Hilton honors make sure you add that in to get points The manager was so nice and attentive made us feel like we were important. It was a beautiful experience and felt safe there 🙏🏿 ❤️
