The location is perfectly situated in the night life of the city since the day is often chosen to do activities out of the city. But if not out you can walk everywhere easily from the hotel.

For the price I paid and the choices of hotels around, the bathrooms in particular need more maintenance! From the used towels to the unscrewed toilet paper holder… it’s clean but needs maintenance.

This place is very near Chiang Mai Night Bazaar and some places so it was not difficult to roam around. Thus, the place is safe as well

The bathroom is al little outdated, but can be managed.

Breakfast was wonderful--loved the variety. The location of the hotel is amazing, if anyone wants to be able to walk right out into the action of the Night bazaar, the place is exciting every night! Staff was wonderful, especially the concierge staff that went way out of their way to make sure our every need was taken care of. We will definitely stay here again!
