Travelodge by Wyndham Rapid City/Black Hills

Recently renovated

No WiFi in my room. Room wasn’t clean. Soda was spilled on the floor in the sink and on the night table.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was very clean. I didn't use the pool but it was clean.

Curtains looked like they had been there since the hotel was built.The back of them were so cracked,the light from the courtyard shone right through. The breakfast was nothing but carbs, not a single protein or fruit was offered.

The beds were firm, the AC was cold, the shower was consistently hot. There were no critters anywhere, and there was a big container of free ice water in the lobby. The front desk lady was so nice, she really made us feel welcome.

One staff person.

I didn't like anything about the hotel. Dirty, unfinished, broken lamps, curtains, filthy bathroom, I cleaned bathroom after staff gave me mop and cleaner. Too much to tell. Terrible experience.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was in a good location.

My room was by the parking lot so it was a little noisy.

Nothing.

Run-down, dirty place. Staff incompetent. Dead animal next to patio, feces in pool, hot tub and gym closed. Very poor breakfast: juice dispenser and coffee machine broken, no knives, no butter, no jelly, no fruit. Ripped blanket, refrigerator was sticky, old bottle on floor,etc.
