Really gross. Immediately asked for refund to go find a better hotel.

Very close to Ball State. Room waa very spacious

The hotel is a little outdated

Clogged sink 2 days no offer to change rooms. No daily room services

The place was clean. Ac worked

Bed was comfortable linens were crisp. The shower was very outdated with mold around the tub. The airconditioner was one of the loudest I have ever encountered. The parking lot had a large portable light post in the middle of it and gave us the feeling there may be some break ins of cars there.

Unsupetvised kids in ajacent room were noisy and disrespectful. There were no adults to be found. They ignored requests from us to please be quiet. They ignored requests from staff to stop slamming doors and yelling. They tried opening the door that connected our rooms in the middle of the night. They kept us up much of the night. It was a miserable stay. We are exhausted and cranky and have to drive 4 hours home. While the property was adequate after we were moved from our first room that clearly had a recent guest who smoked, this was a forgettable stay. I will not return.

Smells good, front desk employee was slow and hard to understand

Very poor hotel, do not recommend. Was refused housekeeping service in our room for our second nighty, room AC did not cool sufficiently, toilet flushing was inadequate. Very rude, almost hostile night desk agent- no soap available for purchase to use at advertised laundry machine. And an undisclosed $3/night parking charge (for a suburban hotel surrounded by strip plazas-are you kidding?)

Close to the Ball State campus. Breakfast had been good.

Air Conditioning really didn’t work that well. Not too clean.
