Holiday Inn Express Harrisburg East by IHG

This hotel was a huge disappointment. From the moment I walked in, there was a terrible odor, the carpets and furniture were stained, and the rooms felt dirty and neglected. Even the chairs in the dining area were torn. It’s clear this place is long overdue for a deep cleaning and a full renovation. To be fair, the omelette at breakfast was decent and they do provide Dove shampoo and conditioner, but that’s about the only salvageable thing I can say. Otherwise, this property does not live up to the Holiday Inn name or franchise expectations. I will not be staying here again.

Breakfast was good. Bed comfortable.

The bathroom was really dirty. It was filthy. I seem that someone went to do #2 and left resi dual of the poop in the toilet like it was resent. Even the bathroom smelled. The person in charge of cleaning is doing a terrible job. It's a nice hotel and location but you should take the cleaning part more serious.

Room was fine. Breakfast was the usual stuff.

Property was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was okay.

The staff were friendly, especially check in. Pool wasn’t clean, the tubs went slow- hair clog, good breakfast. Beds are comfy.
