Parkhotel Bremen – ein Mitglied der Hommage Luxury Hotels Collection

Room was amazing, spacious, very comfortable beds. Big and beautiful bathroom, and closet space. Everything very clean. Spa area was also very enjoyable and relaxing, it doesn’t feel overcrowded even when there is more guests.

The food was not on the level you would expect from hotel like this, quite a disappointment. They also took very long with the food and we waited at the park restaurant 40minutes to bring simple dishes, same thing with breakfast.

Despite the hotel being overbooked, the staff were extremely helpful and managed to find a solution quickly (request for single beds instead of double). They were super efficient, solution-oriented, and made the situation much less stressful. The breakfast was very good, and everything was clean and well maintained. Overall, a very positive experience thanks to the excellent staff.

Am Empfang langes Warten vor dem Check-in, wurden erst nicht beachtet Badewanne im Zimmer, nicht komfortabel für alte Gäste Frühstück: keine saisonalen Früchte, insgesamt okay aber nicht herausragend

Gute Lage und Service, kostenlose Minibar

Frühstücksbrötchen waren nie frisch und knackig, Reklamation der Reinigung des Geländers außen vor dem Fenster wurde nicht gemacht

Schönes Hotel, ruhig gelegen, nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, schöner Pool

Nicht gefallen passt nicht, durch die ruhige und schöne Lage war der Weg abends zu den Restaurants schon ein klein wenig weit. 17 €/Tag für das Parken finde ich etwas zu teuer.
