Comfort Suites Appleton Airport

The room was acceptable however there was a loud beep every time we swiped our key card to enter (not ideal for coming and going late at night). The breakfast was horrible, egg white patties like rubber, expired yogurt, stale bread, muffins so hard you couldn't take a bite. Coffee was also so light it was like brown water, when mentioned the breakfast attendant got very defensive and stated that the coffee was just fine, and I wasn't even speaking to her I was speaking to my father as I knew he would not like the coffee that weak either. This is the second time we have stayed there in the last two months and the breakfast is absolutely horrible, staff was unpleasant and when my child wanted to use the water slide there is a sign that says you need to ask the front desk each time to have it turned on. I do not think we will be returning here, it has seriously gone down hill in the last several years.

Front desk staff was nice. I checked in around midnight due to a late flight. However, when I was parking, I found myself next to someone that was parked in the lot that may have been homeless-so sad, but no security. I was also parked near a person who was playing loud music and based on my background was dealing. Found out from friends in the area that this is a hotel with a high crime rate. Room was I guess the 'best' part. It was not particularly clean and I found I had to zip up my suitcase just in case. I don't mind less than 3 star to stay, but this was sketchy

Ashley and Gloria made my stay easy. The facilities were clean, and tiddy. They work hard to make the hotel nice for everyone.

Pool and pool area was nice. Awesome getting 2 free drinks at the bar for adults.Beds were comfortable. However, when you first walked in there was a weird smell everyone complained about, bathroom was not clean(toilet), blanket in the pullout couch was not clean, the air conditioners vent was not clean, and the breakfast was not good for a family. The first day the breakfast seemed limited, no one ate the eggs because it was runny and had mushrooms in it, second day the exact same eggs it seemed like they just put out left overs, and when I asked if there was more sausage they seemed like they were annoyed. So, there is potential if the hotel was updated, better breakfast, and clean the rooms/bathrooms better.

The staff is kind and professional. The rooms and pool are great. Nice breakfast every morning

The hotel itself was nice. Seemed somewhat updated. The area around the pool is SO slippery it’s dangerous. Also, if you get a room right next to the pool area just know that you will hear kids screaming and playing until the pool closes at 10pm.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, pool was large. Breakfast options were slim/poor

Overall an average stay. Dont know that I would book here again.
