Comfort Suites Appleton Airport

They didn’t have my booking in there system when I tired to check in, I had to call booking.com and was left with a 20 minute hold. Eventually they got it figured out but the staff was rude and no help.

You property said we was being loud but I had my baby and daughter nine years of age and they didn’t come to check to see if it’s loud some one called and said it and it wasn’t my room at all it was the room next to us and we was out out the next day I stay five hours away from there and we had to drive home and still they never came there self and when we first got there they was mad because they tried to put me in a room with bed bugs and then in a room with a pissy mattress so we was changed twice and a my sister got the room with the bed bug first and they tried to give it to me after

I stayed at another location the week before about 10-15 minute drive away which was disappointing. This hotel was a breath of fresh air. It is perfect for business. There is a work space separated from the sleeping area. I should have booked a handicap accessible room. I parked in a handicap spot but after walking in, I lugged my bags up two flights of stairs. I am sure there are elevators somewhere but it was late and I didn’t want to walk anymore to find them. This is on me and I will make sure to book an easily accessible room next time. If highway noise bothers you, make sure to bring ear plugs. The room felt very clean and I appreciated the wipe provider next to the remote. For some reason it surprised me and it was a thoughtful touch. Bottles of shampoo and conditioner ha g in the shower and a light citrus smelling lotion bottle hangs next to the sink. I will book here again. I have told my coworkers to book here and not go to the place I stayed at the week before which was the same price.
