"Celebration of Life stay"

The staff was exceptional. We arrived earlier than expected. The next morning we discovered that the bathroom was very dirty. The person before us had left brownish yellow stains on the side of the toilet, behind it on the wall and on the back of the door. The bathtub was also dirty with reddish brown stains. Housekeeping came and thoroughly scrubbed and disinfected. The rest of the room was clean. The common areas of the hotel were also clean. We were impressed for the price we paid and the response time after our complaint.

L'hôtel est très bien situé à proximité de l'aéroport de Tucson, plusieurs restaurants à côté dont le Sol Bar & Grill. La literie est très confortable ! Tout est propre. Le personnel est accueillant et le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon 😊 Je recommande !
