This was our first stay at Avenue of the Arts, as we typically stay at the Westin South Coast, and the experience immediately stood out. Chloe at the front desk was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Even though our interaction was brief, her energy and kindness set the tone for our entire visit. Because of her, we will absolutely be making the switch and staying here moving forward. Exceptional hospitality is rare these days, and Chloe represents exactly what it should look like.

We had a wonderful stay in the lake view room. The hotel has a very good vibe situated in the nice area of arts performing center. Walking distance to the south coast shopping mall and many upscale restaurants. The front desk supervisor, Salvador, was very friendly and knowledgeable from my first phone call before the check-in to our checkout. He addressed every need for us. The parking of the hotel is convenient with in and out although it is a bit pricey. We will definitely stay there for our future visits to the performing center.
