Narcissos Villa Doria

Very clean villa in nice quiet location but easy access to everything you need

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Protaras. The villa was very easy to access and had a private driveway with plenty of parking space, which made coming and going very convenient. Inside, the villa was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor area was a highlight - a lovely private pool, sun loungers, and a shaded seating area where we spent most of our mornings and evenings relaxing. Great location. Just a short drive to Cape Greco, Blue Lagoon and Konnos Beach - some of the most beautiful spots in the area. It's also about a 10-12 min drive to Ayia Napa.

Lovely property, had everything we needed! Beautiful pool, price point was great. Andrea’s kindly let us have a slightly later check out.

Andreas did say there may be some noise.. we don’t normally mind..but it was intense!! The pools back into each villa, and got wet when sitting on sunbeds, a polish young group stayed first, constant screaming all day, we didn’t say anything but I’m sure I heard “ f them” . In the villa behind clearly didn’t respect Andrea’s rule of no loud music.. had a party, disco lights. And a big house party next day! Not helped by some in villas at back on another site with the loudest deepest base dance music I’ve ever heard. I’m all about live and let live but it did impact a bit. Saying that.. I’d still stay here again.. such a lovely house and host!!

The swimming pool and the Cleanses.

There was not a cover place outside to make barbecue in rainny days. To us is was a big disadvantage.

We loved the Villa-spacious, modern, clean, the pool was perfect and the location was great, some restaurants and mimosa beach within walking distance and plenty to get to by car. Useful to have supplies like washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs and washing powder too thank you. We are going to try to book again next year!

Would recommend to supply pair of oven gloves for using the oven, and sharp knives (the ones were blunt), also a hand towel for the downstairs bathroom (not a flannel). Would also be great to have recycling facilities or to advise where the nearest one was, as we got through a lot of bottles of water.

everything was clean, nice and tidy. I liked that there are signs on all switches, shelves are signed where and what is located. Lots of kitchen utensils. And in general there is everything you need for rest, cooking, spending time. Lots of information, recommendations, warnings. The pool was clean. They left us water, juice, sugar, fresh cream and cookies. We were allowed to check in a little earlier and check out a little later, which was a pleasant surprise.

I did not like that from the moment of the email they politely impose to meet with the manager. After the email, you found it in the note in arriving and after they also call you about this meeting. I rented a villa for a very small number of days to rest and relax and not to meet someone. Also, in a minute my plans may change and I want to go to the sea or for a walk. Our meeting did not take place, but this amount of meeting reminders makes me feel that they do not trust me and they want to check me. Also, we did not like that, without warning, some woman came into our yard and followed into the pantry, pretending not to notice us. Please, just needed to inform us. We thought we were on our own and no-one can come just like this. The terrace is small.

Everything thing about villa was lovely. It was quiet time when we went so we dont know much about facilities around as most of them were closed but we hired a car so it didn't bother us much. Also weather was bit hit and miss so some days we spent inside. The host was nice and did allow late checkout which helped us since it was raining. All what you need was in the villa but around this time of the year, I guess you do need a car to go around but we visited almost every beach :)

Everything was lovely. We didnt use the pool and knew already it will not be warm. Only thing i would like to add is the WiFi was may be shared between three properties and at became very slow when used by all 3 properties. I think we only noticed it due to rain when we had to stay in.
