"Excellent stay assisted by super helpful manager and staffs. A great morning coffee."

Manager and staffs were very helpful and welcoming. It was very comfortable place to be with kids.

Great location, great value. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Everyone staying there was lovely too- nice chatting with everyone over the complimentary breakfast. Will be back next time I’m in Hakuba!

The breakfast in the morning was delicious and enough to start the day. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful any time you needed it.

The beds and pillows were a bit hard for my liking.
