Quiet location, very good restaurant, Beem at the reception a gem!

Breakfast had no Asian option. The beach was not cleaned regularly.

The property is located on a hill 2-3 km away from the centre of Haad Rin far from the chaos and business of the party area and immersed in a stunning natural setting. Private beach which is also a very nice spot during sunset when the staff sets up the area with chairs and tables. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is nice (both a la carte and some small buffet options).

The property is located on a hill 2-3 km away from the centre of Haad Rin and 10 + km from the pier and the west side of the island. On one hand, this makes the location more quiet and peaceful, far away from the business of the party area. However, on the other hand, please be aware that this makes it very difficult to move around. Roads are pretty curvy, insanely steep and scary to walk or ride with a scooter. For this reason we decided to rent a car or move by taxi most of the time. The hotel has lots of potential but needs a bit more maintenance (a bit old sun beds, broken sun-bed tables, shower in the room is a bit old and moldy, walls can be repainted, etc). Breakfast could also be upgraded with more Buffet options (i.e. more juices, fruit, yogurt & cereal options)

The slogan on the tables in a hotel says: "Today's forecast: 99% chance of happiness!" So true! If you went there with a positive attitude and determination to have a great holiday, the smiling staff will contribute and make you feel great. The unique idea to put a bathtub on a room balcony appeared to be great because it allows you to relax additionally in the evening. The hotel location is far from "where the action is" and if you want to do a beach or bar hopping across the island, you need to rent a scooter and the hotel has new motorbikes at a really cheap price (250 baht/day).

Location, but OK - scooter rental compensates it

We loved every minute of staying here .. On arrival they took our bags to the room we had welcome drinks & cold flannels .. Room have everything you need toiletries ..a bathrobe.. slippers .. hairdryer .. A beach bag with towels .. The staff go above and beyond to pamper your every need and make you feel like royalty.. We got to call the staff by their first names & the day we left Yin Yin came to wave us off & it was here day off .. This is was an extra special place ..

There is nothing we disliked about the room .. but it was lacking a mirror in the bedroom.. only one in the bathroom which is difficult to use your hairdryer in the bathroom due to it being unsafe ..

We had a wonderful time at Princess Paradise. The staff really made a different (especially Oat, who went out of their way to make our stay as good as possible). The rooms are beautiful (with a big bath on the terrace!), the swimming pool is just perfect and the restaurant served up tasty food and postcard views. What more could you ask for?

Hotel structure design, pool,bar, beach generally quite nice.

"Double bed" in Double bedroom, very bad design for allowing ONLY one side of the bed to get down from bed ( other side is the wall )!!! First experience in my life!!!

Good location between Haad Rin and Thong Sala. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.
