"Truly enjoyed my stay and the staff is superb!"

Breakfast was good and hit the spot. Everything was nice and clean and I ate even though I don’t like buffet settings which is a huge compliment to your staff.

Parking was tight. Perhaps there can be a better design to your spaces?

"Seems like a very SUPER nice hotel, but as a Health Care Professional the lack of concern for guest is an issue for me."

I just checked in after being treated in Urgent Care. We booked through a third party. Having recently traveled out the country, unbeknownst to us we contracted COVID. We reached out to the 3rd party with a documented positive diagnosis but was advised that Chris from the hotel would not waived the cancellation due to policy. Thus, I’ll be going back to get my husband from being treated and staying at the hotel. We do not have money to lose and can prove that we are not crying wolve. I OVERstand people use COVID and other commutable illnesses as an out but we have paperwork. As Humamitarians, we will DEFINITELY do our part to protect fellow guest.
