Amsterdam Hotel

Staff was very friendly, facilities were clean, price was great.

The beds were not comfortable at all. Mattress felt like it was very old and stiff

Not much. It was old and didn’t seem the cleanest.

Our toilet was backed up so we called the front desk. Not only did they say they couldn’t come help but they also didn’t even have a plunger to use to try and fix it ourselves. Person at the desk said they couldn’t look because he was alone. So…no bathroom use all night. Awful!

I've stayed at the Amsterdam on three or four occasions over the past year and the hotel meets my needs very nicely. In particular I like the professionalism showed by the front desk in answering my questions and meeting my needs. Also I like the covered garage space with easy elevator access to my room. Thirdly I appreciate the thoughtfulness and completeness of all of the appointments provided in each of my rooms.

1. There is a low wall on the right as one drives into the garage. It is white and blends into other walls behind. It became a problem for me as I turned into the wall when trying to park in one of the spaces near the elevator. This wall needs to be marked more distinctively to attract the attention of entering drivers. 2. I have yet to be able to watch television in any of my rooms because the remote has been too messed up for me to find the problem. 3. Room 413 was cold and the windows need to be repaired to block outside air.

Location was fantastic and Patricio was very helpful on check in as we could only stay one night and offered us a credit for the 2nd night at another time
