The host Jay was very accommodating and friendly. Helped us out with last minute parking and even gave us a discount.

Everything was clean and organised. It was a five star apartment and my family and I like it and wish to come again. The check in and check out process was easy and quick. The host Jaheed was very helpful and respectful. Thank you

The proximity to the train station, museum and city (shops, pubs, entertainment, places to eat, etc.). Relatively clean overall; apart from the bedroom blinds and kettle, also found bits of porcelain from the previous visitor's broken crockery under the sofa and cat toys by the living room window. Staff were all friendly, and helpful. Staff immediately available via txt/WhatsApp service. Access to a fridge and a smart TV was extremely useful. A good bed and a quiet apartment. It's alright for the price as longs as you're not too picky. It did not meet our expectations, but that doesn't mean that you should avoid the place. It's okay.

The hot water situation. Although we did get a folder detailing how everything worked, the system in this apartment was different to that shown which meant that we needed over the phone assistance to get it working. Once working there was only enough hot water for one of us to have one warm 10 minute shower over the course of a 4 night stay, despite following the owner's directions of waiting for 45 mins to an hr for it to sort itself out. We boiled the kettle (which had a decent amount of lime scale) to wash with. Curtains and blinds. The blinds in the living area only partially closed and was missing about 75% of its slats, making waiting TV before 8pm a bit difficult. The blinds in the bedroom were disgustingly dirty. The curtains in the bedroom were too small for the window and were improperly fitted to the pole. The lighting in the bedroom was lacking. Even with all the bedside lights and main lights on, it was dark. It looks better than it was in reality in the pictures, but having said that it's far from being the worst.

The manager Mr J was very helpful, he called me since I arrived to UK, asked me when i will arrive so he can wait for me and help me with to check in and with the luggage. Also he offered me a car park and show me the place and gave me an idea about the City. He also called me during my stay many times to ask me if we need any help with anything around. At the checkout, it went smoothly and he refund me the deposit straight away before we leave UK. The location is great, the place is very nice.

The cleaning service is provided only on a weekly basis. It would be nice if they could do it more frequently.

Very clean and well equipped. Staff were very attentive and dealt with a very minor issue very quickly. Central location, close to some fantastic places to eat and great transport links. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to have a decent sized living space too.

The floors were really warm and, due to the location, opening windows meant it was quite noisy with traffic noise at night.
