DO NOT STAY HERE EVEN IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!!! I have never known a hotel so bad in all of my life - it literally couldn't have been any worse. There were rats in the hotel, the shower in one of the rooms literally crashed to the floor when we switched it on, they tried to charge us extra for an even smaller room than the one we booked because they filled up our original booking, wifi didn't properly reach the room, staff were rude an unhelpful, the room itself was tiny with no window and not properly clean. Save yourself a huge nightmare and avoid this place like the plague.

to begin with the property's address is incorrect. we were shifted to another location the property is basically not so clean toilets were dirty rooms were not clean or up to d ate air conditions and other problems happening pet free but a cat jumped in the kitchen really bad expeience this property needs manitance

The worst hotel ever...! Feel like we’ve been scammed during the whole stays in mumbai. The toilet wasn’t a pleasant spot u wanna go since it was very very very dirty and smelly and nasty.. the toilet bowl was dirty that u won’t even want to put your butt on it.. broken water heater and dirty sink with broken shower and soap rack.. we didn’t know where should we put our toiletries. We sacrificed our own slipper to be used during our session in the toilet. Been asked to be cleaned up but nothing happened The bedsheets, blankets and towels were dirty and stained with unpleasant smell.. broken aircond.. the stuff claimed the ac is fine but in real the water was dropping onto our bed the whole night. No bfast served on the first morning. Nway the stuffs are friendly and the bfast tasted good.

The Property is not at all safe for woman or kids.. Vry unreliable place and really stinky. The hotel didnot even provide us Breakfast when it was was included. Staff was not at all helpful. Bathroom was leaking and the area was indecent, cheap and unsafe. Slum area of mumbai. Spoiled our stay.

Hotel is very near to airport so travelling is not an issue. Also hotel staff is humble and polite. Rooms not very big but considering the price they are definitely value for money. Would definitely recommend to others. Overall good.
