"value for money, exception location, but run down and very noisy affecting quality of sleep"

the location, cleanliness, air conditioning, attentive host, value for money

the apartment was run down, shower doors and doors out onto balcony are broken, minimal cups and mugs and kitchen utensils, noisy in the evenings, only 2 rolls of toilet paper, poor washing machine and no laundry powder
