The morning front desk clerk was pleasant and helpful

Everything about this place was a nightmare. As soon as we walked into the room, we noticed that the toilet was running and we had to fix it in order to stop the water running. The whole place is just a run down dump. Pool out of order, evening front desk clerk was completely out of his realm working in customer service, and the toilet plugged first thing in the morning. There were broken windows, doors that were supposed to lock but didn’t. The door to our room had to be pushed hard to close completely. The room itself was so heavily perfumed, it made me think they don’t deep clean anything and just perfume it up to cover it up. JUST GROSS!!!

Room was very nice.

It was a challenge to find an outlet to plug in our phone chargers. But otherwise great.

Clean, comfortable, I highly recommend. The staff is beyond amazing!!!!!!!!!

Breakfast was very limited. Bathroom space was tight and minimal counter space. Could not get internet to connect.

Great value for the price.

The hotel has permanent residents, mostly it seems on the second floor, our upstairs neighbor did the fandango around 4am. Free breakfast was chips and we were offered a sausage sandwich. We declined left and had breakfast elsewhere. Staff was very nice though.
