Qu'ils s'excusent

On n'a pas pu séjourner chez eux parce que, malgré le fait qu'on aie prévenu -y compris par chat- de l'horaire matinal d'arrivée (entre 3h et 4h du matin), personne ne nous a ouvert. Après 30 minutes d'attente on a dû trouver, tant bien que mal, un autre hébergement, bien plus cher. Le lendemain j'ai reçu un mail faisant référence à l'accident d'un employé et ensuite Booking m'a demandé de confirmer si je ne m'étais pas présentée. Alors que sí, sauf au'on ne m'a pas ouvert, ce qui est bien différent! Notre chef est arrivé à la même heure l ejour suivant, et a dû attendre 30 minutes a la porte avant que quelqu'un arrive pour lui ouvrir. Je ne recommande pas de séjourner chez eux si vous arrivez hors des horaires d'ouverture. Pour le reste, je ne peux pas vous dire, car je n'y suis pas restée.
