I really love this kind of vintage vibe

The tenants’ living standards are not very high. I believe accommodation should have stricter requirements for maintaining the environment. I honestly can’t understand the mess Chinese and French people leave behind after using the kitchen.

Bedsheets were clean. Location close to the historical part and the wharf.

It feels like they just offer the cheapest place in Oamaru, so they don't care about it at all. Old beds are shaky and loud when someone moves on them. Carpet with holes so you trip on it. Lacking soap in soap dispensers, no paper towels and hand towels lay wet on the shelves - there aren't any towel hooks. Common areas and kitchen cluttered and collecting dust.
