"PESIMO, NO TOMEN ESTE HOTEL"

El personal sin criterio me enferme durante mi estadia y mi hija quizo subir a dejarme unos remedios y no la dejaron, pregunte que cuando viniera el Doc de mi seguro a examinarme como se hacia si no dejaban subir a dejar unos remedios y su respuesta fue que me tenia que examinar en el lobby del Hotel, lo que es una falta grave a la dignidad de las personas!

El personal es poco empático, no hablan ingles, no saben comunicarse y no les interesa tampoco, pésimo!!!
