Nos recibieron con un aperitivo de bienvenida muy rico. Las dos chicas de recepción hablan inglés y fueran super amables, nos resolvieron todos nuestros problemas (llegar una noche y que te preparen fruta cortada, que te laven y sequen la ropa, reserva para el crucero por el río Li...). Además las habitaciones eran impecables. Los desayunos maravillosos, te hacen sentir como en casa, trato muy cercano y amable. El mejor hotel en el que hemos estado en China.

Laundry isn’t free and there is no dryer. You need to ask and pay staff to wash and dry clothes It will be great if there is a self serve cleaning drying in the future

⸻ Incredibly Friendly Staff and Genuine Hospitality 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This was one of the most warm and comfortable hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. In the evenings, when we returned, they would ask if we were hungry and offer us fresh fruit. they also gave us a free bed for my daughter. One particularly touching moment: one evening our daughter fell asleep, and my husband and I went out for dinner in the city. The receptionist, who had already finished her shift, stayed an extra hour just to make sure everything was okay — even though we hadn’t asked her to. Another time, they noticed on their own that there was a problem with the lighting in our room. While we were out, they informed us and immediately offered to move us to another room. Since our child was sleeping again that evening, they gave us two rooms to use at the same time. Breakfasts were always adapted to our requests. They gifted us a massage, arranged airport pick-up, and on our last day — when there was heavy rain and some of my things got slightly wet — they even gave us a discount on services. A super cozy place with true human warmth. Highly recommended! ❤️

Everything was good, clean and breakfast was so good too. They were lovely, they helped us a lot.

El enclave es una preciosidad, el hotel es cómodo, limpio y con encanto. Vale la pena estar alejado de la ciudad y además el ir y venir al centro es fácil, cómodo y económico en taxi. El trato del personal, sin duda, lo mejor de este establecimiento.

كانت اقامتنا بالفندق اربع ايام ..انصح السياح بالاقامه فيه ..مكان مريح جداا بالنسبه للامان وموظفات الاستقبال روووووعه يسالونك كل يوم عن الفطور ويساعدون كثيرا في تحديد اماكن السياحه وايضا ساعدوني يوميا في حجز التكاسي ..في سفرتي القادمه للصين ساكون من ضيوفه وسانصح اهلي بالسعودية للاقامه فيه

We do love our stay at Bonjour, quiet village, room with sense of design, comfort bedding and helpful staffs. They helped me book river cruise tickets at very reasonable price, arranged satisfactory day tours. I also recommend their Chinese massage at end of day!
