Atmosphere and Bed! Communication is good, staff are very nice

Bathroom sink in Siena is cracked. The cold water tap of that sink is very difficult to turn off.

Staff greeted us and showed us to our room. Parking was easy. Would recommend!

I would have appreciated tea and bottled water in the room. Also the fuse blew in the bathroom in the morning.

the apartment was dark, especially the corridor between the two rooms. and the mattress in my room was not comfortable.

Beautifully decorated, historic home was spacious & comfortable in a great location for exploring town. Valet staff was very helpful & professional in obtaining our parking pass for us.

A few more thoughtful touches like bottled water in the refrigerator and extra tissues (a box in each bedroom), would have been lovely. Our parking pass was also missing from our room when we arrived.

Kitchen was closed but owner made us espressos after we returned from our event ! Love the free parking. Loved the restaurant.

No hook on the inside of the bathroom door lol.
