Location and the friendly staff make up for the lack of updated rooms. Walking distance to almost everything in El Tunco. Overall for the price and location I have no complaints and plan on staying here again if I decide to come back again.

Great spot, rooms felt dated, but in a charming way. Beautiful balcony and hammock, plus great common area, and reasonably easy parking. Be aware, the Expedia location pin is incorrect, Google the name of the hotel to find it. Had a bit of a hunt in the dark at night to find it, until a local pointed me in the direction. The town is quiet, but beautiful and very friendly. Food was decent, and there seemed to be one bar open late with live music if you are seeking nightlife. Amazing breakfast options, beautiful beach, and very walkable.

Loved my stay. In the heart of the town with restaurant options everywhere. Less than five minutes to the beach. Nice room with beautiful balcony overlooking the river. Would come back tomorrow if I could
