The room was very spacious for two, the balcony view was lovely but what stood out was probably the pool area, situated at the centre of the hotel - it is stunning. The staff were also incredibly attentive and kind. The additional food and drinks we ordered from the hotel menu was tasty too.

The only thing I would feedback for improvement is having a more diversified breakfast offering. We were there for breakfast 5 times but would have loved a bit more variety as it became a bit of the same after a while.

Location, size of the apartment. Cleanliness.

For us it was ideally situated at the Marina end of Bitez but still close enough to the centre for shopping and eating out although there is a short downhill/ uphill walk to the place. We managed it easily enough but progress was slower if it was too hot outside. There was private secured parking for the car and the key card opened the 3 doors/gates to the place. Security was extremely good and the whole area was covered by cameras monitored by reception and it felt very safe. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious, nicely decorated with hanging net curtains and a fixed net on the door to stop mosquitos and with the ‘kitchen pack’ we had most things we needed including a large fridge freezer and a four ring hob. Two bottles of drinking water were supplied to the room each day and there was an electric kettle and some coffee and tea were also supplied daily. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows and I’ve never seen a place with so much hanging/storage space as this. The safe was easy to operate and was indeed ‘laptop sized’. The gardens were beautifully kept and the whole place had a calm, chilled feel. The pool was spotless and the snack/breakfast bar area was very good and service from this area was excellent, as was the breakfast selection itself. Although there were, as always in Turkey, some ‘house’ cats in the area we were asked not to feed them as they were being well looked after and so they never bothered anyone. The balcony was a very good size and a small unit was attached to the wall for drying clothes. Air conditioning was supplied in both the living and sleeping area. Nice big white towels were supplied, the water was always hot and a small selection of toiletries were supplied. The was a TV which we never used and the internet was good.

When we arrived there was a problem which stressed me out. I had made a change to my booking working directly with the hotel but was told there was no record of this. The receptionist was pleasant but firm and I believe that it was only because I had printed everything out and had proof that the change was accepted. Ultimately it was lack of communication within the hotel that caused the problem but it was an uncomfortable time. Also the key card didn’t work on the front gate. This appears to have been a problem with many people as the gate was often left open although there was a system where you could press a button and the gate would be opened for you by reception.

Everything was great. The room was in perfect condition and enormous. Everything was clean. Confortable bed. The garden was beautiful and quiet. Two things to improve: Water: when taking a shower, the water takes a long time to heat up and its difficult to regulate the temperature. Or too hot or too cold. Breakfast: maybe a bit more of variety of food in breakfast. We liked this hotel.

Bella struttura ma dovrebbe essere più curata. Peccato.
