Very clean room and spacious and affordable.

The walkway to beach absolutely. Squeezing through a disgusting gated area full of trash, beer bottles, broken glass, used blankets. Looks like homeless people area but apparently that’s the “access” to the beach from the motel.

Location was the only positive about this Motel

We found a bug in the bed the first night. Spoke to PJ at front desk. He assured me that it wasn’t a bed bug. He said it was a good bug. A bug in my bed is not acceptable. He told us we could check out but offered no compensation or interest in having someone check the bed for more bugs. It’s spring break and we were in Clearwater for a family member 70th birthday reunion so there was no other option for us. Will 100% not return to this property

The place looked newly remodeled since the Hurricane. It looked clean and bright. PJ was an excellent host and was super nice. It was in a great location to walk to the beach, Pier 60, cafes, bay & attractions. It has free parking for one car. The area felt safe because of a lot of police presence.

It is a super budget OG motel, but I felt it was overpriced because it was not a restful place to stay: The lights at night from parking garage & property were bright & bothersome. Mini blinds were super cheap & thin. Blackout drapes or blackout blinds would be the solution. There is no electricity outlet in the bathroom. The couch and bench need an upholstery cleaning. Dust bunnies under the bed. Also, a café & bar called The Boxer adjacent & behind the motel plays overly LOUD DJ mix music from 6pm until 3am. Then, when the bar closes, workers, doing cleanup, are extremely loud and shouting until 4am. We had the worst two nights sleep ever, and I'm a sound sleeper. Finally, we got up on second night and left at 6am for lack of sleep. Please provide your guests ear plugs. Or ask the DJ to turn it down. Isn't there a noise ordinance in Clearwater?

The location was great. Close to the beach and shops. The staff was nice and the room was clean.
