-The location was great. -very clean. -the breakfast was good. -staff were good -good AC in the lobby -nice and huge lobby

-In the description it says that the rooms were soundproof but that’s not the case. We could hear our neighbors talk and the traffic from the street. To be fair the sound from traffic was low, maybe that’s what they meant with soundproof. -The hotel is very old and some things were broken, like outlet and light switches. -No outlet close to the beds so no charging and playing. -Water in the shower was going cold and hot while showering, very annoying. -AC was loud in the room on the lowest fan setting, woke me up many times.

"Historic charm with a view in Nice"

Our room was on the top floor with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean and the Promenade des Anglaises. Our bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and the bathroom was very nice. We arrived tired and a bit hot and sweaty but too early to check in. The hotel was able to offer us access to a shower while we waited for our room to be ready, which helped us to get refreshed and go explore Nice while waiting to check in.

We loved pretty much everything. The breakfast overall was good with lots of delicious options, although the hot options such as eggs, bacon, and sausage were not good and tasted a bit like reheated leftovers on our 2nd morning. We stuck to delicious pastries and fruit instead.
