Location to Kalhaar golf course was convenient

Cleanliness - towels were stained and requests had to be made to change them a couple of times. Manager is extremely rude and speaks with guests in an offensive tone - we asked for an extension of the stay for another night and he very rudely said that no rooms were available without checking any records. Upon looking on booking.com we found that there were multiple rooms available across categories. He really needs to keep his attitude in check

My room the wooden furniture was infected with termites. Changed the room thrice and all rooms had same issue. Fourth room change was good.
