Personnel very attentive. They provided an iron.

Air conditioning failed on Friday evening. The maintenance company was not available over the weekend. Access to the pool is regulated by half days, although since the Mediterranean is only a few minutes' walk away, we didn't need to use the pool. La Manga off-season is fine for families with small children or couples looking for a quiet holiday, but otherwise very boring.

"Central, quiet, beach-area, pool on-site"

The location of the apartment building is good, once you see the sign, or recognize the building. The signs is very anonymous, but of course the building can be recognized by photo. Parking-options should be informed of. Location is nearby small areas of businesses, cafees, restaurants etc., and beachfront both towards the lagune (50-60 meters) and Mediteranean ocean (100-150 meters), so excellent in that sense. Pool in the common area with a South-Western view, sunny all day.

Better information on parking, name of building, (other names on the sign was a lot larger, which is confusing.
